Mergers and Acquistions

The Walker Wayland  Due Diligence Methodology is based on the review of six core operational business units. The basis of our methodology is that each unit is both separate and linked, ensuring the full scope of issues identified are considered in reaching the due diligence conclusion. The review of each identified business unit is performed using a risk based assurance methodology that is closely aligned to AS/NZS 4360 Risk Management principles and if required can be aligned to the Organisations’ ERM framework.

Combining our experience with our industry links, Walker Wayland NSW has a thorough understanding of the business environment, control environment, and overall business needs of Small Medium Enterprises (“SME”). It is this understanding that allows us to provide a rigorous, efficient methodology for the analysis and review of these businesses and their systems of internal control. We adopt a disciplined, systematic and results-driven approach to managing complex corporate transactions, and can tailor our services to your exact needs.
