Walker Wayland NSW - Sydney is proud to announce its recent success at a basketball competition run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants. The competition included a variety of firms in a round robin format. Walker Wayland made it through the preliminary rounds with only one defeat. The semi-final ended in a draw and resulted in overtime, which the firm eventually won by a short margin. The grand final was then immediately played and resulted in a win for the firm. The trophy for the win is on display at the Institute's head office in Sydney.

Special thanks to Nikki Gueco (seen here holding a smaller trophy which will reside permanently in our boardroom) for organising the event, including uniforms, and also for her efforts as team captain. It was a good result for the firm on a hot spring day (36 degrees celsius).
